Fire Ant Awareness Week Recap
Well, the big ant's big week is over. Fire Ant Awareness Week has come and gone for another year (Awwwwwww!)

Not that we were celebrating. Our goal for last week's 'festivities' was to create awareness. Our hope was to encourage community-wide efforts where all residents on a block apply fire ant treatment at the same time on the same day. After all, that's the way to maximize the effectiveness of treatment. By working together, residents can help keep their yards safe for children and pets, preventing fire ants from establishing colonies for a full year.

Fire ants suck! At least they have tough people like Angela fighting against them!
